Harder to wake up later in the week...

Do you find that waking up early gets harder towards the end of the week?
I generally have to wake up around 6am to get ready for work. Early in the week it isn't much of a problem. Earlier this week I was actually up before my alarm because I'm so used to being up at this hour.
But today when my alarm went off I hit snooze and tried to sleep for a few extra minutes.
By the end of the week I'm just so tired and drained I have no desire to wake up on time!
One I get the weekend to reset myself I'll be okay again and be ready to face another week... and next week is kind of a short week as we have Thanksgiving on Thursday.

On weekdays , i automatically wake up at 5 am to prepare for work . But On weekdays , it's automatically oversleeping . And i am happy it's already Friday . That means i can sleep until 7 or 8 tomorrow .

I get an extra hour of sleep on Fridays as I don't have to be in till an hour later than usual... I also look forward to the weekends when I get a bit more sleep.

@katsmeow1213 For those who really lack sleep because they have to wake up early for work , weekends are their chance to catch up with them .

I felt that way when I was working for the hotels. Especially when it was the last few days before a two week reprieve. I would be dragging
just trying to get ready and then to get through the day. I'm not really a morning person, when I did work in the mornings I would have to make
sure I woke up three or four hours before I had to head off to work.

I wake up 2 hours before I have to leave. I give myself about an hour to wake up, an hour to get ready though that part usually only takes 30 minutes tops, then I leave 15 minutes earlier than I really need to just in case I run into traffic or problems on the way in.

I have days like that. I do not work but I get up to make sure hubby is up as he cannot hear the alarm, then I stay out of his way. I hope this weekend has provided a recharge for you.

Yes it sure is. My boy is staying home from band practice tonight because he's exhausted. He's had a full week with play rehearsals.. he on tech crew for those.
