Innocents are not being given their share by Governments

Corruption has become a menace. It is not confined to one country. All most all countries are suffering from this menace. The evil effect is that in all most all countries of the world the money meant and allocated for the poor and needy is not being spent by the Government and some of it is being stored with Swiss Bank.. Moreover they are having lot of debts in the world bank. The world bank also is not cross checking how much money was given sanctioned for different schemes and how much money in respect of each country is being stored in the Swiss Bank. If a link is established between the these two we may expect something good from our Governments.
