How will the person die? An Anime Series changed my view about life and death....

I have seen and read this in an Anime whom I like the most ...titled "ONE PIECE"... There is a part there where I was struct and changed my opinion and vision about love and death .... The part were all the doctors must lie in the hands of the villain yet this QUACK DOCTOR DR. HILULUK refuse and hide which made him a manhunt of the existing government in the country. 1 day a news was spread that all the doctors were very sick and close to death fooled him just to let him come out of his hideout for he was sentenced to be killed. And when he sees all the doctors were alright, no one was hurt or even ill.... You know what he did? He just kneel before them and cried with tears of joy. . Its just ironic to feel . and wonder why? even though he's going to be killed for hiding.. Here's what he said and i assure you, it can change your view in life..... Dr. Hiluluk final speech: " When do you think people die? When they are shot through the heart by the bullet of a pistol? No. When they are ravaged by an incurable disease?
