Is Europe just too tolerant?

I ask myself this question and so I want to ask you too. Do you think that the countries in European Union got too tolerant with the whole refugees crisis or do you think that there is no other way than accepting everyone coming to the continent no mater if they are a refugee running from war or an economic emigrant.

Bearing in mind that you're from a country that's losing a lot of its population to the Western European countries, I would have thought that tolerance was a good thing.

Isis is pushing them out on purpose to spread islam. All of Europe will fall to islam and be under Sharia Law within the next 50 years.
Islam will overwhelm Christendom unless Christians recognize the demographic realities, begin reproducing again, and share the gospel with Muslims.

Actually I don't know about ISIS and I doubt it just because the syrians are running from the war itself, but the new Libyan "government" threatened to flood Europe with immigrants if the European Union don't accept its legitimacy. And in addition a big part of the syrians are christians.

What choice did the countries of Europe have? Should they have sent the people back into the arms of (non)ISIS? Keep in mind that most of the Paris attackers were native Frenchmen, mostly young men, open to radicalization because they had been marginalized and had no hope and no future.

I admit to being on the fence. Are the immigrants thankful and productive? Do they have good values and commit no more crime than those hosting them? Helping the poor is the right thing in my value system (I think of Matthew 25 or Isaiah 58). But sometimes I get cynical.

They are doing what they think is right. I do believe that many of the countries there are closing the door, or at least trying to close it. I think they are amazing, handling what they have up to this point. I think this next year is going to be an indication of whether they have made a mistake, although under the circumstances, how much choice did most of them have? I am not sure.

Perhaps we should ask ourselves, "how long will it be before I too am a refugee fleeing a war"? Should we not then do unto others as we would like to be treated?
