Some trainees speak publicly asked. they often feel excited, palpitations, cold sweat on the forehead, or the palm of the hand becomes cold and clammy? Some of them felt that the sweat pouring all over the body, hands and knees shaking or legs feel weak. No one complained of sudden sound hoarse or even not come out. One executive even admitted often experience the above symptoms if asked to represent the boss to deliver the annual plan in front of all employees. I was like that, does anyone know his solution?

Maybe speaking first in front of a small circle of people one knows can help. In Germany pupils learn to speak in front of their class mates from a very early age on. In this way they lose their nervousness.

@dityaksm I don't understand this. What is 'terbiknya'? Living in Germany or Indonesia doesn't matter. Why can't you ask , say, ten friends or colleagues to come and listen to you talking? That would be a small circle.

@dityaksm,This happens when you get over conscious of yourself speaking before a gathering. When I had to speak before an audience for the first time in my life,I visualized myself sitting in my room and talking to myself. This worked.
