how to stop a terrorist?

recently a country known by the Eiffel Tower was attacked by terrorists, how can this happen? before Indonesia was attacked by terrorists in Bali in 2002, the terrorists are not only shooting but also bombed the city of Bali with a very powerful explosion hopefully what happened to the French and Indonesian state is not reoccur

@dityaksm,I am an Indian and we have been facing terrorism for years.It's cross border terrorism.Now India is in the hit list of ISIS.We are prepared to eliminate these demons.

but if we do not unite to fight the terrorists, the possibility of terrorist attacks the country would be attacked again by ISIS as is the case in France
