Am I Making Any Sense

I'm reading and commenting on a lot of posts today, and I wonder at some of my comments if you understand me, if I've made any sense. I look at them and shake my head and wonder, should I change the comment? What would I say any better? My mind at times just seems to draw a blank and I hope I'm making sense.

You will find the more you comment, the easier it will be, and you will do okay. I am not all that articulate either, so sometimes I kind of wonder the same thing. I do try though, and that is the main thing.

@just4him I understood completely what you just posted. You will do okay, so just hang in there, and you will others to comment back to you, and to respond to your discussions. Soemtimes my comments don't come out exactly like I would want either. People seem to understand what I am saying though, as they comment back.

@rosekiss And that's the good part - them commenting back.

I'm not a rookie commenter. It's just that sometimes it makes no sense to me and if it doesn't make sense to me, will it to the person on whose post I commented understand what I said.

I don't think you have anything to worry about. Some of us have the same issue as you. Ok, so I have the same issue as you. I know what I want to say before I start typing and then once I start typing my mind freezes. If they understand they will reply, if not. they will like. (hopefully)

@just4him I think you are fine, and you simply blend in with the rest of us.

It is so nice to know I'm not alone in the area of being understood in what I say and write.

I have not noticed any real problem in that area from you. If I did I would probably ask you about it.

Good then that means I'm making sense and that's a relief. As a kid I was accused of talking backwards and inside out. I don't know if you know what I mean by that, but I simply had to stop and reorganize my thoughts and get them said right.

Yeah, I just hope it makes more sense to those who read it than it did to me.

@just4him I have realized sometimes we might be better off rephrasing what we are answering, since there are SO many convos going on in the same places at the same times

@Jessicalynnt my problem when I look at what I posted is knowing how to rephrase it since I might not have done such a great job to begin with.

You are free to express your views, there is no bar as long as you are writing within the guidelines. There are no benchmarks for a good or bad comments. If you receive counter-comments to your comments, you could assume that it has been understood by the user.

I am not sure I understand your issue. I think if someone does not understand your comment they can comment back: do not understand what you mean. hope this helps.

I had made a comment on a post and when I looked at it, wasn't sure it made sense to me, hence the title of this post.

I think we all get that way sometimes. I left a comment today and somebody told me that they had to reread what I wrote because they were still fuzzy. Not sure what that meant either, but I laughed.

Sometimes it's very clear people don't understand our comments - or in some cases, I think they're acting dumb and asking us to explain (in one case repeatedly). After a while I just walk away and wonder if I'm being 'used' to boost their earnings.

I've had a couple comments questioned. It's when I question my comments that I wonder if I'm making any sense.
