I adore my T25 workouts. I try to do two a day. I'll never be skinny, but exercising means that I can be a little naughty with my diet. I'm not a 'diet' food type of girl. I like butter and double cream far too much. I also adore Leslie Sansone's walk at home workouts. It is great that I can see them on YouTube - I won't have to spend money on a celebrity DVD in January!

good for you to do this.You do not have to be skinny.Just work what you have.Good luck

Aren't they brilliant! I spent the summer doing those. She is fantastic. And she knows how to get us moving and our hearts pumping!
