Is selling advertising space on a profile header allowed by Twitter? I can't find anything in their TOS about this, and they don't seem to have a forum or support e-mail address.
I have no idea. I rarely ever use twitter so I'm not familiar with what you can and can't do. Hopefully someone will come along soon who can answer your question.
