Yesterday I posted some discussions on cooking some things in a NuWave Cooker. For those who do not know this is a device that cooks things using infared. I cooked yesterday as a way to test it some baked potatoes which turned out great. Very evenly cooked and better then using an oven. Glancing at the instructions they list all kinds of things you can cook in it. Here are a few things: Pizza quiche grilled cheese apparently you can use it to dehydrate fruits and veggies and make Jerky casseroles chicken pork beef cookies One user who saw my previous discussions said she even made a 12 pound turkey in three hours when it was frozen to start with.

You have to buy the special silicone thingy if you want to make pizza, but I use it for a lot of different items. It's great for burgers done quickly and without the grease.

I'm glad it's so easy to use. I suppose you'll be using it all the time now.
