Time to Get on with Life

I have been Mylotting for a few hours now and I really think I have to get some real life things done. I am going to visit my mom at the nursing home and then do some grocery shopping for Thanksgiving and then pick up our grandson Josh.
Tonight we have our card tournament so we will be heading there at about 5 p.m. I will get back on tonight when I return but I think for now, I have to actually live my life. lol

@BelleStarr Yes, I have only remained a home all day once since I retired some 18 months ago.

@Asylum So you have quite an active life!! I wish we had things closer to our home, we are 4 miles from town and no public transport.

i'd plans'n bakin' bread fer stuffin', makin' pecan tassies 'n some other schtuff fer the upcomin' holiday. 'fter sunday's nightmarish day/night, i decided to jest rest from such. kinda diff'cult to keep'n eye'n breads when ya can't stay outta the bathroom, eh?

@BelleStarr I find I do it a lot quicker though if I'm anxious to get back on site. And while my coffee's in the microwave heating I'll buzz around and tidy benches or something rather than just watch it heating.

I think we all know that but the temptation of getting sucked into the interactions on here is great. lol Much more fun than say washing the kitchen floor.

I think I use it to escape from all the things I have going on all the time. Helps me relax but I do have lots I need to do!!
