A Healthy Lifestyle is better than I thought

About four weeks ago I started on a healthy diet, or rather a healthy way of eating.
I have a distaste for the word diet. I think it was the Garfield cartoon character that said "Diet, that's die with a t".
Anyway I guess it's all the way in how you word it or think about it. I choose to think of it as a healthy lifestyle.
Anyway, I have found myself enjoying the flavor of the food more now. What a surprise. I used to cover up the flavor with gravies, sauces, salt or sugar. I didn't realize that fresh fruits and vegetables actually tasted that good.

Eating healthy does make you feel a lot better though, and that's a good thing. I eat pretty healthy and I've been getting good reports every time I go to the doctor. So as long as I continue to eat good, healthy food and get exercise, I should be okay.

@ReViewMeMedia It's true that eating healthy makes you feel better. But. every now and then I find myself looking longingly at a bowl or ice cream or a gooey donut.

I love to eat fresh fruit and veg too and they need little seasoning. The main thing is not to overcook them I find
