Is Indian Democracy a democracy or a Heppocracy in reality. Can anyone tell the real meaning of Democracy.

Indian democracy at work - Indian democracy at work, or is it really?
I dont think Indian democracy is working well. It is notgoing to work if you let uneducated,ignorant people decide their future. They dont know what is good for them. They are totally voting on caste and religion lines.So,how cna this democracy work. I like to call it demoncract.:)
