I am curious which Chinese food is the most popular for foreigners. What's your favorite? Any comments?

Today having the Peking Duck in the most famous restaurant called Quan Ju De in Beijing is quite expensive. I even think it is crazy and it is not worthy. You can have the same in other restaurants.

I am also a Chinese, though I am not from China. I hardly tell what my favorite Chinese food is, there are just too many. Basically, I like Cantonese food, so dim sum is one of my favorites too. The picture looks like Man Han Quan Xi (Manchu Han Imperial Feast) for me, the food looks so delicious!

@youless Chinese is my first language, and I have been learning it since I was young, though I am not very expert. I speak mostly Mandarin too, because there are more Chinese staying my neighborhood. Thank you for sharing your recipes. I have always wanted to learn to cook and bake.

Your Chinese is still good. By the way, I guess you may read Chinese words, here is my recipe I upload new successful recipes to it now and then. You may find some interesting food there Unfortunately there is no English version for it, as it is too difficult to translate the recipes.

I'm not exactly a foreigner since I'm Chinese, but I would probably say "dim sum" is my favorite. I really love all Chinese food though. I grew up eating it.

@kataomoi I am from Guangzhou. It is not far from Hong Kong. We speak in Cantonese and we have many things in common, including the food.
