How does myLot earn cash?

I've been wondering... what do the myLot people get by giving us cash? How do they earn? I don't see any ads on their site, so that isn't a possibility. So how exactly do they earn cash such that they're giving us a share just for posting?

yes, this is my first time trying to earn online. Was a little skeptical about this whole earning online thing. Then I tried to give it a shot, and it is pretty cool. This site is fun, interacting with people :) Thanks.
