Why Mylot is so slow?

Sometimes, when I log in mylot it always slow. The top of page always appear the words " Timeout occurred. Try refreshing. " whether at home or office. So I had to updated time and time again. Before I thought it might be the phone network speed is very slow. So I change to use the computer, but it's the same.
Do you have the same problems?

I never have that problem mine is always pretty quick and that is with rubbish internet x

My office have the rubbish internet. Either my phone or computer both are very slow

@allisonwish Yeah that's probably the problem my works internet is awful, I wouldn't be able to get on my lot though as all sites like this are banned x
