Building an Ark

Anybody got directions on how to build an ark? I guess I could talk to Noah but I'm sure he's busy 'somewhere'. You wouldn't think here in Central Texas that we would get the equivalent of Noah's Flood, but today ranks as the wettest year on record since 1800 somethin', somethin'.
And, oh joy, we have another 4 days minimum of more deluges. I will no longer have to wear shoes as my feet are beginning to show the signs of webbing inbetween the toes. Now if I start to print the words, "Quack, quack", you'll know I'm in serious trouble.
Then again, it could be snow and not rain that is falling; I guess I'll stick with the rain; quack.

The swimming thing wouldn't be so bad except that the temp had dropped too down to 40, so the water would be a little chilly @allknowing . And just think, I still have today and tomorrow and that doesn't count what might happen in December too.

Now there's a good idea @rebelann . Do you want just 'some' of the rain, or 'all' of it?

That Noah guy really blew it. I mean seriously. Why'd he bring flies, mosquitoes, and various other insects on board? All he had to do was say no.

It must be dismal to have so much rain. Hope you don't need an ark and that the sun comes out soon

Poor Texas! You guys are going to have to become like Venice, if this keeps up. Start a canoe business early, beat the rush, and think about floating cafes. That'll put Texas on the map!
