I did some changes with my schedule and I find it effective! Everybody's asleep. No distractions at all. I was able to finish my task faster.

I sleep early at night and wake up early too to attend to my tasks for the day.

I also tried that, but it does not always work for me. I'm a mom of two toddlers and I don't have a nanny. So I always take the opportunity to work when they're asleep.

@famidea But how then if they are awake? Don't you feel drowsy or sleepy?
