Greed the source of corruption

Jeessa Lyn has rightly pointed out that it is the Greed which is the source of Corruption. S. she is right. This has been the source of corruption from time immemorial. Here the main point of consideration lies in the fact that we , the people choose our Government with a hope that they would provide us good and comfortable lives. Good roads, lights, cleanliness, transportation, economic equality etc. Towards this end the Government formulate policies and schemes wtth objectives. They allocate funds and also introduced subsidies, The subsidies are compensated by the middle and rich through levying taxes. But, the interesting observation is that the taxes are go ojn increasing but the development is as is where condition. What is happening to this money? What about the development ? The clear answer lies in swallowing money by the political executives in higher proportions and in in some lesser proportions by the Bureaucrats. The position is clear now. This is the position not only with country but with the countries in the entire world..The World Bank loans taken by each country and the development targeted and achieved will amply prove that the Budgets are not meant for sharing but for swallowing by the elite class only. Now i would like you to offer your valuable suggestions dear friends.
