Glucose Levels Above 200

High Glucose levels and energy levels. Do any of you find that when your levels constantly stay high that you are tired all the time? How do you try to keep your energy levels up while at work?

high glucose level in the blood is hyperglycemia, and prone to diabetes mellitus.

@Hatley she should get on metformin 1000 mg twice a dqay and my readings are perfect plus i exercise a bit and i lost 25 pounds which has improved my readings really well.

@Hatley a page on FB said, soaking 2 pieces of lady finger overnight and drinking the water in the morning greatly helps in reducing the diabetes in a person.

I am diabetic t2, its a struggle everyday to keep blood sugar levels down to 110-125 mg/dl. Have mini meals 5 times a day, cutting down carbs. for e.g. 1 slice brown bread, or 60 gms. rice per serving. Even fruits and vegetables have carbs.

I am diabetic too b ut Im on 1000 mg of diabetic meds so i keep m y blood s ugar do wn all day so Im not l acking in energy plus I exercised and cut back on food a bit and loist 25 pounds.It sure helped me to get down to great reading on my glucometer.
