Passive majority

Recently I read an article about the peaceful majority who stand by silently and watch the slaughter of the innocent. These silent majorities are all over the world, Germany, India, U.S., China. They stand cowed and immobile while countries are being bombed by terrorists. ISIS thy name is "fanaticism." They want to wipe out christianity. There shall be just one God Allah. They say Allah wants peace. Yet it is these fanatics who bomb countries, behead people in the name of Allah.

If you have a solution, you might as well say so. What do you expect the majority to do when the enemy is so far away, and you do not know who is the terrorist or what they are going to do.

Scheng1 and kiran8, You asked who the terrorist is! ISIS, Taliban, and other groups around the world. They were holed up in Syria. The majority stand for the people, when they protest, and take a stand, then the Government will take action. Have you heard the saying "Majority wins." We stand by mindlessly, waiting for change to happen, it is our voice that will be heard as a majority and not alone.

It seems a mad world sometimes doesn't it? I'm glad I'm reaching the end of my life and not just beginning it.

When you say passive majority what exactly do you mean? It is not possible for individuals to take a stand, our leaders and government does that along with the others ...This is being done now .But again unless the majority of the countries come together there will be some loopholes remaining which would greatly help the terrorists..
