I will get to see my babies tomorrow!

I have not seen my precious Kindergartners in two weeks. I was at a conference for three days and ill for two with a sinus infection. Then we have been off for the past week for Thanksgiving. I know it may sound crazy, but I am really looking forward to tomorrow. They made me video clips telling me how much they missed me and one even went home crying Friday. Her mom text me and told me she did not think I was coming back. It is so rewarding to be loved and missed by these precious children. I am truly blessed to be their teacher.

I should think it's very rewarding to teach the little ones.

You must be a good teacher if the children miss you that much.

Awww, how sweet to get a video from your students. It certainly makes it all worthwhile when you know you have touched them this way.

When I worked in a Head Start I hated to miss for anything. This post has double posted, but you can delete the second one if you like.

That is great that your going to see them and that they missed you so much! I have had that happen to me with babysitting-sometimes the kids miss me when they haven't seen me for a while. That makes me feel so good when the parents tell me their little ones miss me.

Have a good day tomorrow with your kindergardeners and all their smiles when they see you
