Reconnecting my internet plan

It's been 7 months that I have no internet connection. I am always buying a prepaid card to top up my mobile to connect to Internet. Now, I am tired of reloading. I want a plan for a better connection.

Yes, living without internet connection is hard today. Most of people need internet connection, right now.
