This is my last eBay recap...

I re-started my selling activities on eBay in 2015. Throughout the year, I summarized my sales results in a monthly bubble. Well, that was abruptly interrupted with the closing down of the site in the middle of this month.
I don't like to leave things hanging so I decided to do this final recap for the month of November on here. No, I'm not quitting eBay, but I will not continue reporting how I do on there. The monthly exercise was a good way for me to keep track of my sales progress; but it just doesn't feel the same to continue doing it on here.
My sales throughout the year fluctuate but remain consistent in terms of problem-free transactions and customer satisfaction. There was no month with zero sales. My best months were June and July with 16 and 26 sales for each month. The lowest was October with only 2 sales , but November was a little bit higher with 6 sales .
With that I thank all my readers who have been following my eBay journey on there and also everyone who's reading this now here. I wish all of you continued success in everything you're trying to achieve this year - carried over to the next and new year too!
Here's to success!

I used to when I was more active years ago and was selling all kinds of stuff. This time around I only list easy-to-ship flat items and I don't spend too much on packaging. Most of my stuff fit nicely in a regular envelope like posting a letter or a greeting card.
I knew I can always attract you to stop by whenever I use that photo...

Good for you! I have wanted to try ebay and amazon out but I can't seem to get around to it. Glad to know someone makes some money from it.

@sishy7 You never can tell, it might be a real money maker one day. You are already way ahead of the game.

I have to wonder what it takes to sell on those two sites. The biggest question I have is how does the shipping process work.

@allisonwish I don't post too much about eBay on here, but yeah, I've read some eBay related discussions started by others which I'm sure you can also learn from.
Do you use eBay just as a buyer or have you tried to list anything on there as well?

@sishy7 It's just fun to cheer along with people as they succeed in things, or earn, always good, lol

It's nice to see that old familiar photo sounds like you had success with your Ebay sales this past year. I sold a few things but it's been a slow month of Nov for me.

@sishy7 He normally does well. His GF is expecting a baby and because he has bought everything for the baby himself. Everyone is buying nappies (diapers) because there is nothing left to buy. I said sell the spare ones on ebay and buy something else you might need later on. Even if he knocks a bit of money off he will still be quids in.

Just keep it up. As long as you can get profits from that. Are there instances where you lower the prices of the items just to get it sold? in turn it doesnt pick up profit?

Is E-bay really shutting down. I used to make $400 per month on their a few years back selling coupons. I stpooed when they didn't allow coupon sales anymore. What do you sell on there?

Oh no, it's not shutting down - if anything, eBay is going strong as ever... I was referring to the shutting down of Bubblews, a site where I used to write 'bubbles' or posts about my eBay selling progress.
I remember the coupon listings that are used to be on there. I used to sell anything from toys, books, clothing, and other stuff I found around my house years ago. But now I only list easy-to-post flat items.
