There isn't any of us that looks back and doesn't find something we wish we could change but as the saying goes, you cannot cry over spilled milk. In other words, what is done is done. Look at it once, learn from it so that you do not repeat the mistake and go one with life. You cannot improve the past by dwelling on it with regret but by moving forward and living with improvement and clearer understanding. Regret is a waste of time..need to be living. That is how we grow.
