when someone tell you "no" it does not mean you can't, it simply mean you can do it with them or their help.

yes, i agree with you....they actually don't help you but they really help you a lot by not helping at all

That would be a very dangerous philosophy to live by. 'No' means 'no' in most cases. You had better believe it, for example, if a girl says 'no' and you'd be likely to end up in jail if you ignored a police officer!
