While I have had some strange things happen, I do not believe I have ever seen a ghost or encountered a spirit being. There are logical explanations for everything, we just sometimes don't know what those explanations are.

Hi Cynthia!
Would you mind sharing some of the strange things that have happened? I completely see your point of view... But sometimes I can't help but think... Do we tell ourselves there must be a logical explanation simply to put our minds at rest about the "unknown"...? I'm not being biased by the way or trying to persuade anyone of anything, I'm simply interested in this topic and hearing more from you.

@NooraC The only thing that could persuade me would be a spirit. Nothing really strange, just hearing voices when no one is around (or at least I think no one is around) and seeing things out of the corner of my eye. No proof yet for me.

@cindiowens Ah interesting! Well I see how it would be difficult to evaluate those situations... I guess it's like they say "You've got to see it to believe it"

I've never had an encounter with a ghost or would I want to. No amount of money in this world would make me want to have a "date" with a ghost. But I've heard stories that may be construed as supernatural.
One story is about my niece when she was three or four years old and this story was told to me by her sister. She said she saw her sister playing with a ball and throwing the ball into the room. She was sitting outside the room and the room was empty. No one was at home except for them.
Then she saw the ball was being thrown out of the room to her sister. And her sister was laughing as if she was playing with someone. I don't know if the ball bounced back to her sister after hitting a wall but my niece said the ball seemed to have been thrown out by somebody from inside the room.
I don't know what to make of this story but it really did spook me a bit. Now my niece is older and she can't remember the incident.
