Loved it The Best Fried Chicken I have Ever Tasted.

Well we had dinner and the fried chicken was so good, the best I have tasted in a long time. A for the cooks and real mashed potatoes not from a box and peas and carrots for veggie and a delicious chocolate pudding. A dinner that was compared to a good cafe the best they have done lately . I will have a snack l ater tonight but it will be a light one so I can sleep better at nightl I do not wa nt to regain the pounds that I los t , thats for sure.

It really sounds like they're changing things for the better out there ! I haven't had fried chicken in so long . . . oh I'll bet that tasted good with all the fixings (it's gotta be real mashed potatoes - the box one tastes so gloppy!).

Yes they are making some good changes and they are also learning as I do not think they have ever run a retirement center it does look like we willhave an in house doctor I hope so anywayl the dinner really was top notch.

Yes they are really doing so much better there are snacks laid ouf r us in the activity roo m fresh fruit thats just incredible as it did not happen with the old owners we have had casaba melon for dessert a number of times and honeydew melon unheard of before.

Most places where seniors are housed always complain about food. This is indeed good news that you not only like the food but write a post on it which only shows that the food is excellent. I am happy for you.

Woops. . , my mouth is watering. I really love crispy fried chicken. What I do is, half boil the chicken with bones, then coat it with mashed potatoes mixed with cheese and some spices, then dip it in egg and coat it with bread crumbs or cornflakes. Repeat the dipping procedure once again and finally deep fry the chicken until crisp and brown. "YummY" Give it a try, I'm sure you'll love it.
