kneading flour for flat bread.

Well its afternoon and i am right into kitchen preparing lunch .Right now i am kneading the flour to form a dough to roll out some flatbreads and cook it on a preheat griddle.
Do you kneaad dough to cook it out on griddle or you purchase it from market?

I knead the dough myself, and cook it on a gas stove. It turns out to taste awesome.
I believe, if one knows how to cook certain stuffs, then why purchase it from the market. What say?

We buy bread but I remember when we had a bread-maker and the lovely smells it produced.
