What solution for beggars? / myLot

every country there must be a beggar . if you have doubts about or you have irritated see where the beggars in various corners of the city? we find the middle road with a proposal how to make shelter beggars who later there they were taught how to earn a living other than begging. what do you all ?

hmmm there are people who are in the cycle of poverty all over the world. I'm not sure of the solution although it breaks my heart

Beggars are anywhere in the world, except on Syria,lol.

@sugartoes Clarification, when I was in China, I saw beggars; when I was In Auckland as tourist, I saw beggars; when I went to Ausie, I saw beggars even in Malaysia, South Kor, Brunei, I saw beggars...etc...I am only sharing what I experienced my friend.But they vary according to their ways of begging,like in Ph, my country numerous beggars other places there are, but very few. Thanks.
