A fake survey

Hi guys, I don't know if you already encountered this survey here in myLot but I did and I searched over the Internet and found that the survey was totally scam. I don't know who to contact here but I've put some of my information and my contact number there and yesterday someone called me with Germany number and I saw on the Internet that It's the rewards-ph.com doing. Is it safe to share the link of the proof that it's a scam?

I need a bit more information. What do you mean by "fake" survey? Also, can you send me a link to the survey in a private message? Or is it gone now?

I already sent a PM regarding this admin, and oh when I looked at the offers again, It seems like the survey was gone for good, or at least for me. I don't know to other users
