Some people's taste preferences seems will be change. I remember that when I as a child, I really don't like the onion. But now, I think the onion is so tasty and I often cooking the onion. Do you have any food before hate to eat , but now like it?

You know the reason why your taste changes is because your tastes buds change all the time.

I used to hate broccoli, but it was because it was overcooked.

I have the same experience. When I was a child, I didn't like to eat celery at all. Then when I went to high school, we had a training for a week. We lived and trained in the suburb. The food was little and the trained was hard. Since we didn't have enough food and if you didn't finish the food, you would feel hungry. This is why I tried to eat celery because there was no more choice. Perhaps I was starving, the celery didn't taste that bad. Since that, I started to like eating celery.

Indeed our taste buds changes as we mature . My daughter doesn't like pizza when she was still a kid . But now she so loves pizza.

As I think as we grow up we change. Sometimes it's just a matter of being prepared to try something new. Then we find out we really like it.

When I was young I never like to eat garlic. Even the smell makes me sick and my lovely mama always make a separate dish for me .. but now, I cannot cook without garlic :)
