Is it bad to not eat breakfast?

I have been skipping my breakfast every morning, since I don't get much time to have it. I only drink warm water with lemon juice and honey, when I wake up.
Next, I have my lunch at around 2:00 p.m. in the afternoon.
I would like to know if it is going to affect my health, am I doing bad to my body in not having breakfast?
Please advise.

Well, they always say skipping b-fast is bad for you and will eventually make you gain weight and lose energy and blah blah blah....but to tell ya the truth, I've been sleeping in so late every day (sometimes even until 6 or 7 pm)...and I skip breakfast every day....and I've never been thinner.

Yeah it is said so. If you skip your breakfast, you tend to eat more at noon which leads to weight gain.

My elders say the same, but they also said that you won't get to know it now. When you are old then you will understand what you had skipped.

Of course it is not good to skip the breakfast. Actually it is the most important meal in a day. You should eat like a king for breakfast and eat like a beggar for dinner. Now you can see breakfast is quite important, right? Especially you have lunch so late, I wonder how you will not feel hungry.

I feel hungry my friend, but I hardly get any time to eat. Once my daughters school timings are set, I have decided to make a routine for myself.

When I miss breakfast I'd usually eat brunch, around 10-11 a.m. I'm just wondering how you can keep the day going if you wait until 2 p.m to eat every day.

yes yes oh yes it's bad.. even it's bad if you feel not hungry and don't eat anything for a long time.. it can get u into a lot of trouble.. take fruits or brown bread with slight butter in breakfast.. it'd be good..

It is definitely bad for you.
You may not feel the bad effect until 20 years later.
I think not having time for breakfast is a bad excuse.
When my working hours started at 7 am, I woke up at 5.30 am to have shower, breakfast before catching the transport at 6.15 am.
It is a matter of getting your priority right.
