MBA, is it worth your money?

What do you guys think, is spending for an MBA worth it? I am doing mine in a UK university conducted here in sg as part time student. After all the night classes, endless writing of papers (almost 40k words written to date...), presentations, etc. my worst fear is coming... Will employers see an added value in me... I have given myself 3 years, if I don't get any promotion or if I don't land on a "better job" then its a 15k usd down the drain... Crossing my fingers :) What do you guys think? What advantage do you think earning an MBA will or has given you? Thanks for your reply!
