My mom always taught me....

Something my mom always taught me one way to have a successful relationship is don't do something you wouldn't want your partner to do.... Pretty simple right? If your alone and your put in a situation, think first, would you be ok if your partner did this. If not, then don't do it. If you both think like this, then even better... Is this something you would agree would work in a successful relationship? Is this something you do in your current relationships?

You might not be in a relationship now but it is something to think about when you are in your next

Yes, pretty simple. It's good advice. It is even biblical, right?.... do unto others as you would have them do unto you, or something like that, right? I believe I do this in my relationships.

That is good logic. And never go to bed mad is smart too. Don't let things fester.

I absolutely agree with this. I try to do this all the time because I have a lot of respect for my husband.

That sounds good to me. I often say we only need one commandment and that's the one that goes 'do unto others etc'. If we all followed that rule the world would be a better place.

I would definitely think that thinking this way would work if both parties were agreeable.
