Well , In my opinion for this HOT subject I think the teenagers of the day is way worst than what was in my childhood atleast . I remember the most badest thing i ever done was to steal something that my parents didn't allowed me to or go out with friends on late time in the night . my point is when the time pass more the bad our teenagers becoming (again atleast from my experience) Today , there are some teenagers who already killed someone :O , Or even stabbed someone and they are in jail for like now. There are some who even smokes from childhood , and are worstly somke weed which is suppost to be only for medicational needs . Tell me what is your opinion about it Im curious to know!

Nearly the same kind of lament was already written more than 2000 years ago in ancient Greece.

I remember reading in War and Peace (written around 1900 about events from around 1800, if I recall correctly) a comment about "the young having no respect these days."

I honestly think this generation is lost, I see no future in many since all they care about is getting high and wearing the latest sneakers ect. I have a few family members that I loss to the streets.

The kids today act like they don't have to follow any rules @BACONSTRIPSXXX . And the parents are oblivious (until their kid is arrested); and then it's like, "Oh not my child".

I do not think that this generation is lost.We have a lot of wonderful teen agers here. Yes,we do have some troubled one.but this is due to the lack of parents guidance. Nothing is wrong. They do a lot of charity work.No teen ager are fun.

Here in the United States, it depends what kind of neighborhood you grow up in. In our poorer neighborhoods, there's a lot of social pressure to be "bad." Overall, I worry about the effects of technology on social interaction. Some of the younger college kids I teach seem afraid to talk to each other face to face.

I'm glad my parenting years are over with @YossiSabag because there would be a whole lot of spanking going on. As it is, if I see bad behavior in public, you can bet I'm the first one to say something.

this generation has a very short attention span. itll be interesting to see how the first generation to be engulfed with the internet and electronics turns out in a few years.
