Oh how I long for true devotion real love. But, when i so called find it, it never last. Is it me? Am i not ready? Is is just too tedious? Lol, i honestly don't know. My longest relationship was 8 years. What makes it last for 15 years plus? and i'm not talking about how long you've know a person. I knew my ex husband for 8 years before we actually started to get serious. We made it official , dated for 3 years then we got married and dirvored 5 years later. Tell me, how do you ladies keep your marriage going for so many years 15+?

Both parties must be willing to make it work and at times it may seem as if one is putting in more work but if there's no understanding then it won't work. There has to be love and more than just trying to hang in there. If the love isn't there it would be difficult for the marriage to hold. Forcing it to work could tear it apart. Sometimes marriages come together for the wrong reasons and they end up fading.

I am married 15 years and a half and still going strong. It takes two to make the relationship works and lasts long
