Are you trying to loose some weight like me? :(

In the past few months, I have been eating a lot and eventually have gained a few extra pounds (I'm really worried about it :( )Can anyone here let me know of some quick and genuine ways in which I can loose those extra pounds?

@MALUSE I was actually hoping to get a response from people who have actually lost a few pounds in the recent past and can share their eating/exercising regime with me.
