Getting started in my own business

I am looking at starting on my own online business.
I feel I have a great understanding of the program I want to create.
I seem however to have lost the drive to actually get it started.
Does anyone have any ideas on how I can change my mindset and actually get down to work.
It's terrible to sit here stare at the pc and say work... and then say no to myself.
I'm of two minds ... how do I fix it.

@onlinetomakemoney dont do it mate.
you need a serious new idea to make money on the net unless youre selling an actual tangible product.
Ive done the online money making before, made a few k then it bombed.
have you the ability to build your own sites from scratch?

@Mike197602 Yes, I have a minimal knowledge of web design. I think my program will work as it combines affilate programs with current loyalty programs. I have been using my own program for several years now and make a couple of thousand a year.
I just thought I could expand the idea.
Although everytime I sit down to write it I rewrite it over and over. Just get's frustrating that I don't seem to get it just right.
