What do you look for in an online income opportunity?

I know that many people are looking or have looked for some sort of opportunity to earn money online. Myself included.
As I am starting my own opportunity I would like to know what do you look for.
Do you look for free things? Do you look for residual income? or would you like to cave one on one training?
Help me create the best opportunity I can.

How long has the website been in business? Do they pay their members on an ongoing fashion? any complaints? How many satisfied members?

Thank you for your comments. I am creating my own site so I am trying to make sure that I look as trustworthy as I feel I am being.

This is just my opinion. I look to see who owns the site. If I can't find out, I am suspicious of it. If the rules are not spelled out, if they are kind of mysterious, I do not trust it. I look for ease of use. If I have to watch jerky slideshows, go to other pages, or find an activity missing the last requirement, I run. Most of all, I listen to the opinions and experiences of other users.

I will make sure all of my rules are spelled out. I prefer to be anon when creating the site as it helps to alleviate spam but I will make sure I use my own face and voice.
I hope proper slide shows are videos are ok? I think it's a great way to show a person how to properly work a system. If there is one that is.
