Okay, let's try again, when I submitted this picture before the post was deleted, making my delete rate even higher! @Inlemay this is for you, you requested lights for some Christmas spirit, so hopefully this will be the first of (a few) more

Maybe if swamp the site with submissions they will have a better chance of survival? Nah...that's never going to happen!

Those are pretty! I don't have my tree or my Christmas lights up yet. This may inspire me to get around to it!

@ison_1 Well at least you have a nice view on the way to and from work! :0) My work is VERY decorated so at least there's that. The place I spend the most time is very festive.

@Inlemay @jaboUK I did a couple of posts that contained (not exclusively) jokes. There is a no jokes rule and i guess too much of my post was jokes. I did a post that contained a movie quote quiz. there is a no meaningless poll rule and i guess it was deemed as that. The picture post of the lights i have no idea. I did start it by saying there was no deep meaning - maybe it was deemed trivial? recipes are also prohibited so I have just submitted a post call 'A recipe' - I can't help myself. Let's see if it survives

@ison_1 I suppose the jokes rule is because they are unlikely to be original material, and the recipes too (yes I've seen your recipe post!).

thank you for some lights from afar - almost like the night sky shining as a beacon of Light to show the way - the way back to the Christmas Spirit and the Spirit of life as well..
