Yesterday...
Before I entered the hospital premises, I met a college classmate of mine; she is an ER nurse in the hospital where I had my consultation on. We exchanged pleasantries. I believe we did not see each other since we passed the licensure examination and that was in 1980.
I gave her my mobile phone number and she gave me hers. I told her of the grand reunion for the pioneer graduates of the nursing department of our university from 1978 to 1983 next year January.
Have you met a classmate whom you have not seen for 35 years? How was it?
By the way, the name of my classmate is Rosemarie.

we will be having a grand reunion this January- nursing graduates from 1978 to 1983. It will be a reunion of sorts again, and I hope we will not see each others' achievements, because bragging and boasting will always surface among us (them only!).

I never met any friends after that much a gap. But If I ever meet someone after so many years, I would first go speechless, them I ask him how are you.

that was the first question both of us asked to each other: "How are you, classmate"?

Yes, a few years ago a girl I had not seen since high school came to our area and we got together for dinner. It was a lot of fun. I loved it!

nice one, and when we see a person after so many years, we cannot help but stare at her and see if anything changed in her (personality).

I don't think I will still remember the names of my college classmates 35 years after we had graduated. Right now, I already forgot some of my classmates' names.
Your classmate has a nice name... hmmm

@ridingbet yes, it really is a beautiful name. It's also the name of my mother's bestfriend when she's in college. I also remember that I had two classmates in high school with that name. I think we were in second year that time.

All you need in this life is ignorance and confidence; then success is sure.

I cannot understand your comment here. Why do you say "ALL YOU NEED IN THIS LIFE IS IGNORANCE AND CONFIDENCE"? Why is ignorance mentioned here? Please enlighten me.I might be naive with your explanation. Thank you!
