What 3 things are you planning to do in 2016 to improve your life?

2016 is just around the corner and it will be here before we know it. Are you planning some positive changes for the new year? Do you have a regular exercise program such as walking for 30 minutes every day? I was watching a video that said that with just a few changes you can add 14 years to your life. I do plan on walking as soon as I can. Right now my leg prevents me from doing so. It's almost healed. I broke it in September when I tore a ligament and came away with bone. I'm sure the bone is healed, I'm just waiting for the rest to finish healing. What other two things I want to do in 2016 - Eat better, and get myself organized.

lose ten more pounds. publish a book, and be ha ppy. i know I c an lose the more pounds and I can make me be ha pp y so now to write that boo k. lolo

Two excellent goals. Give us another one. We need three. I am starting today on a 30 minute exercise program daily. It could be walking, swimming, dancing, laughing. Whatever I do it will be a minimum of 30 minutes a day and this time I am going to do it. Right now I am doing some weight exercises/. I'm typing between sets.

good f or you. I plan to start m y daily walk of 45 minutes as it makes me feel so good. I thought because I use a walker I co uld not go for walks. I found I enjoyed seeing the street I live on and the shrubs and roses and allk the trees plus the two mallard ducks who went for a walk with me one day lol
