Does anyone else on mylot, love going to water springs? To me nothing is better than, treating myself the the cleanest thing on earth. I know not all of them are not perfectly clean and are contaminated. There is a great website which tells you, which ones are safe to drink. I have drank some great tasting and pure water. I love how it is always cold. Sadly there is only one in my area that is okay to drink and, it is a bit of a hike. The other couple are contaminated or, have to many minerals in them. I can't wait to go back too them and, explore new ones! If you are able to share pictures you have taken yourself of the water spring, please do so! I will also share as well.

It's a good idea to have the water tests periodically. I do remember as a child being able to use water directly from fresh water lakes but that is a part of history that might never return. I like water even it has a little mineral flavour except for sulfur.

Oh these springs to get tested often, by the people that regularly use them. I wish I could get off of drinking tap water for good. But least it is better than bottle water. It makes me sad seeing people in the store load on on bottled water. The only good bottled water is the more expensive stuff, in the glass bottles. People are better off buying a Brita or, zero water unit. Most of us have unlimited water right to our taps.

@nestea89 I actually prefer natural water if you get it with trace amounts of things that might actually not be harmful to you. Otherwise we look for ways to purify water and then recycle it into our bodies. I use a brita too good old charcoal filter like the one that's in my fish tank. Any they you know what do in the water. How's the weather. Hot eh!
