The title is self explanatory. Please join in the discussion if you are turning 40, are in your 40's or have been in your 40's. Ok, I'll start! I'm 44 years old, married with two wonderful stepsons, a one year old granddaughter AND another granddchild on the way. I love being in my 40's. For me, being in my 20's was all about getting to know myself whilst making mistakes and learning from them, my 30's, getting to know myself better and my 40's being relieved that I finally settled down and am enjoying life. I eat better, have more life experience and look forward to new opportunities in life. Ok, that's me.....your turn!
