Sometimes my older brother will do things to annoy me on purpose to the point I eventually snap! It does take quite a lot to make me mad but by now he would know the things that really tick me off. So when I finally snap he will say something like "Time of the month?" or "ok I will leave you alone." Saying it as if I am in a bad mood! Dude...you PUT me in that bad mood. Grrrrrr! Sometimes a "good friend" of mine will do this to me as well. Will be a little turd towards me and wonder why I get mad. Do you have someone who does this to you?

as for me, it rarely happened and i am the only child for my parents and when we grow up, sometimes these become fond memories and we smile at it :) We would be more mature at that time :)

Sounds like a lovely happy family. :) Did you ever wish you had a brother or sister back then?

I used to do it to my sister and my bother quite a lot when we were kids. These might annoy you right now but a time will come when you get old, these minor things will become your sweet memories of your life. You are lucky that you are not an only child, you have a brother. Brothers whether they elder or younger to you, trust me they care about their sister or sisters. Although they never say it. I used to do a lot of things to annoy my sister as a kid. but, today she is married and live very far from us, but whenever we meet we remember and discuss those old memories and they give us happiness and pleasure. Just don't bother too much about, you should also have fun with it and with your friends too.

I understand where you are coming from. I wish I could think like that now though lol because even though I know they care about me...can sometimes be hard to believe since they ( brother and friend ) have actually done some very bad things that hurt me.

@VivaLaDani13 I don't quite get your brother-sister dynamic coz at times he seems cruel and agonizing enough for you to get affected badly and at the same time you are very caring towards him. Either you are taking his annoying behaviour very seriously Or you have not set up proper boundaries for when enough is enough and if you had, he is not aware of it or doesn't take them seriously.

I had a step brother for seven years from the time I was about 9 until I was about 16He would sit and hit me on my shoulder over and over and leave a big bruise. He would also push me outside in the winter with only my night gown on. This was when mom and dad were gone of course. I hated it.

I have a son and a daughter and my son would tease his sister so much until she snapped, like you. They were younger than you are now though, and they think the world of each other now.

You should think hard of a strategy to hit back.

I have thought about it. Not totally sure if I should sink to his level or try to annoy the crap out of him. I might end up punching him in the throat lol

Those who love me, I give some space to them to do some some silly things. I think its OK with that, I simply returns a smile to them and gradually they realize that it doesn't matters me what they do and eventually they stops behaving badly with me.

@VivaLaDani13 If you say you have tried everything then I would say you have not tried enough as there is no limit to try and keep a relation alive let it be with anyone. Have patients and keep trying and be nice.

@ajoywork33 That's not really a fair statement since you can't witness this in person. :/ I have been living with him for 24 years. I think I have been very patient enough.

I wish that would work for me. I've tried everything. Asking nicely to stop cause it hurts my feelings. Yelled when I snap. Cry. Ignore. Everything.
