A happy "Bonjour" (good morning) to all my good friends here on Mylot, all the way from Canada. It's time for coffee and breakfast right now and I am enjoying it to the max. I hope that you had the same joy than me this morning when you got up. The weather is superb again, it feels more like the Fall than the winter. Not a snowflake predicted for the next few days. Amazing for this time of the year in Canada where I live. Enjoy the day to the max!

It will be 74 today, but right now it's super foggy so I hope it burns off fast. Enjoy your day!

We rarely get any snow here in England over recent years either. It is around 40F at present, which is far from hot but much better than we have in the past. I just wish that it would stop raining.

@marlina There is no immediate urgency because I am back home now, but I would welcome a little dry weather when I am due to go back out.

Bonjour. I´m enjoying a lazy mylotting morning. I felt very hungry for a while and did not want to bother with a real breakfast, but fortunatly I found a hard boiled egg in the kitchen and some cheese. Yummy!

@marlina Your link to the first (and last) part of Carmina Burana made me happier than the egg and cheese. Thank you.

Bonjour to you as well my Canadian friend! We are experiencing a very mild day, but with the chance of rain today. We're celebrating Christmas today, we rent a hall as there are over 70 of us. I'm busy trying to think of what to wear that will be comfortable and not too hot.

@marlina @Juliaacv I've not been to any Christmas parties this year so far and although the weather is nice warm, strangely do hope it snows before Christmas day. Did the earth slide into the states or somethin? bonjour madame Marie.

@Bluedoll I don't care if we see any snow, but it would be a lot more seasonal if the weather cooled and it froze over. This isn't healthy.

And bonjour to you too - or should I say bon nuit as I'll be off to bed for the hour is over. It's been another lovely day here but I haven't done a lot. I've tried to interact here a lot and had a nap to make for getting up at 5am the last two mornings.

It is supposed to be on the warm side here in my area of the States as well. For some reason I thought Bonjour just meant hello but now that you have said it I remember it can mean either. I also happened to think of Bongiorno (Italian for Hello) and now I have to wonder if it also means good morning. I can't remember right now, and honestly it's time for bed. Have a good morning and rest of your day.

I enjoyed yesterday until my puppy caused me to fall. After that, I was sitting with my legs up to keep my knees from swelling.

@marlina Yes, for the most part. There is still swelling a little around the bruises but that's to be expected.

Bonjour! I took one year of French in high school, many moons ago, but I had an excellent teacher and I remember a LOT. After the first few weeks we were not allowed to speak anything but French when we were in her class. I think that is a GOOD way to teach a foreign language. You have to USE it to really understand it. Do you mostly speak French in the area where you live?

I am enjoying my cup of coffee. I am determined to get off the computer and get moving soon though! We have a layer of snow. It's not uncommon to only have a little snow at this time, but we have had very mild temperatures all fall here.
