I can't even begin to tell you how exhausted I am after a day and night with Jack. He is so funny but so active plus he slept in our bed. The bad thing was he took our dog Honey's spot and she didn't know what to do so she slept on top of my head!!
I definitely need a nap. I will be back after I have rested to catch up with everyone, I need a nap!!

Yes I can understand your condition, I have a two and a half year old niece, and it's difficult to spend even half an hour with her. I literally run away when I see her. A year ago she was so cute and I used to enjoy spending time with her and after year I beat my head when she is around.

Haha sounds like the fun we had last night too with an 18 month and 6 year old who thought it brilliant to stay awake until gone 10 and then up at 6AM full of the joys and mischief ! They certainly take it out of you don't they!

Kids are wonderful but can wear you out. I don't have any young one around anymore. I wonder how well I will do when I have grandchildren. That will not be for a while I hope, my son is only sixteen.

I so know what you mean. I picked up my great niece yesterday from a party and brought her home. She is 5 and his sisters are 4 and 2. I stayed to play with the kids for about an hour. They all wanted my attention at the same time. I was exhausted by the time I left.

@BelleStarr The kids are wonderful and I love them so much. But I'm not as young as I once was. They tire me out.

I can imagine that. I am glad I have two children now, so they can spend time with each other, and giving me some rest. They can just play together for the whole day, running here and there, jumping up and down, and of course they do some quiet activities together too. But, I don't think I can play together with them for one whole day, I will certainly be exhausted.
