Macro Photography On A Rainy Day

It's still beautiful temperatures around the Chicago area today. I hear the colder weather is coming. We are supposed to get some rain for the next few days, and when I got up this morning it had already rained some.
I have a pine tree in my front yard and took this photo a few years ago after a rain. Hope you enjoy my macro shot.

So besides you, wasn't there another member at Gather that did flower macros?

Cyberrat was more into the bugs, she was really good at taking shots of bugs. I will take a macro of almost anything.

@rebelann I'm sure there were some and yes most of my macro shots are flowers, but I have some bugs too. Bugs are amazing so close up you can see the hairs on their legs.I will have to dig some of mine up.

Sounds like we're in the same weather pattern. I woke up to a downpour this morning and my dog refused to go outside. I had to get her out when I got home from church and literally had to push her out the door and still she wouldn't go down the stairs. She hates the rain. You are a good photographer.

@fishtiger58 Here too. I saw the weather pattern after the game and it's not surprising you're still raining. I think we'll both be out of this weather pattern about the same time.

@fishtiger58 I have a big camera, unfortunately, I do not use it often because I have no time, the camera of my phone, I use for some mobile uploads only when there are events, and not to take beautiful pics as yours, my friend
