I'm a stay at home mom of 3 and a wife. I love my family but I also need time to myself . I've talked to my husband and told him but he never has time to give me the time I need by mysekf. How else can I get my point across ?

Many moms find a babysitter or daycare programs to watch their children for a couple of hours, while they take some time out for their personal needs.

Sometimes the Y has babysitting for parents while they are taking involved in an exercise program. Find a another mother with small children and take turns babysitting. Hope you find some good ideas that will help you.

it's obvious that you need time for yourself.. your partner should consider that.. trying to explain to him how you feel I'm sure he will understand

I've tried that. He said he understands but nothing has changed.

Of course, you want to time for your self. Try to explain this your husband in his holiday not busy time.If your children go to school you can manage your time yourself.
